PROBLEM: A local landlord reached out to us recently with a unique problem. In one of his homes, the floors were cold and the pipes had frozen on multiple occasions. He needed to seal up the foundation but the crawl space was small with virtually no access. 👎

SOLUTION: We sealed up the openings and sprayed 2” of closed cell spray foam to the outside of the foundation. We finished it off with a flat black paint. Not only will this home will be warm and cozy this winter, but it also looks great! 👍
