Hi everyone this is Joe, giving notice to all my clients past and future as well as my family and friends that I have officially retired from the business.
I am retired but not completely out of the picture. I am turning over the business with all my existing clients past and future to my long time business associate and partner Matt Steiger. Matt has been with me for the past 12 years in all aspects of the business. Starting out as a simple helper to a dear and trusted associate and friend.
He` has been a right hand to me learning and understanding the business from the ground up. He will be taking over the business, owning and operating everything from a business standpoint from this point forward.
As I said I am not completely out of the picture as I will be standing by to offer my consultation and knowledge for a period to help with the transition for my customers and friends. I will be here to answer any and all questions and or concerns during this period.

Because of wrongly insulated duct work, a mold problem started that went throughout the home. So with new insulation, mold remediation and alot of remodeling to each room and a new bathroom and kitchen, we have a picture perfect new home to be proud of. Along with that we added new sub-floor, new carpet, paint and tile work as well.

Any unfinished basement can become a more then welcome new additon to any home.
