🔨 Built for Strength. Finished with Style.
This custom stair project is coming together beautifully! We built the structure with pressure-treated lumber, then protected every wood surface with two coats of primer and two coats of premium exterior paint.

For a clean, high-end finish, we installed TimberTech PVC decking with matching plugs concealing every screw hole. The stairs are finished with white powder-coated Deckorators aluminum railing, topped with a matching composite drink rail.

This project is still a work in progress—we’re waiting on a replacement railing kit after the original arrived with missing parts. Once it arrives, we’ll complete the final section and add the finishing touches.

🚧 Another New Build Is Underway! 🚧

Before this new garage can go up, the groundwork has to be done right. Our crew removed 10 large ponderosa pines—root balls and all—and is clearing the rocky terrain so we can dig the footings efficiently and accurately.

Next, we’ll bring in more than 60 yards of compactable fill to establish the proper grade and elevation for a solid, long-lasting foundation.

From clearing the land to completing the build, B.A.T. Home Services handles it from the ground up.

What started with over 1,000 square feet of premium artificial turf has now been brought together with the addition of a beautiful paver patio and connecting walkway, creating a backyard designed for both relaxation and entertaining.

🌟 Transforming Outdoor Spaces, One Project at a Time! 🌟

This week we completed Phase 1 of this backyard transformation—over 1,000 square feet of premium artificial turf surrounded by a clean, durable 6-inch concrete curb for a finished look that will last for years to come.

But we're not done yet...

Next up is Phase 2, where we'll be installing a beautiful paver patio and connecting walkway to tie the entire outdoor living space together.
