Spent the last 3 weeks up in the Bar Harbor, Maine area building these dry stone walls and steps with a crew of highly skilled masons from accross New England and beyond. Good times ! I think these walls will be here a while!
A mix of reclaimed bridge blocks, granite found on site as well as some locally quarried granite as well.

Full color bluestone and reclaimed granite - a timeless look with a Masco Twist - custom dovetail joinery and a diamond cobble inlay!! That diamond cobble has sentimental value to the family and has years of history. When the homeowners asked if I could incorporate it in the design - I was more than up for the challenge!!

A 1728 colonial gets a major backyard update! We blended the original 300 sqft patio into a into a 1500 sqft work of art!
Using recycled materials such as historic Beverly Cobblestones for the border and Reclaimed granite curb blocks for the fire pit, this patio looks like it belongs!
The bench was made with boulders found on property as was big granite slab (likely a left over foundation block)
The monolithic firepit cap stone was fabricated on site using a slab which was sourced from the old Merrimack River Bridge in Amesbury and measures 66” in diameter.
These custom details provide a truly 1 of a kind space and compliment the historic nature of this property…
