The previous home owners of this project planned to create a large single family home with handicapped accessible features. When we purchased the home we saw that it was too large of a home for the area and it needed to be split into 2 separate residences. This album shows the transformation of the back half of the home built as an addition to the original structure in 2013. The result was a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3 level condo.
