No millwork? No problem.

This apartment community in Downtown Dallas transformed its resident lounge into a sleek self-pour beverage station without the need for custom cabinetry.

The setup includes:
🍺 A 4-tap self-pour kegerator for beer and wine
☕ A dedicated 1-tap cold brew kegerator
🔧 A matching 24" dry storage cabinet that houses gas tanks, electronics, and other system components

Residents now have a variety of beverages available on demand, all from a clean, modern installation that blends seamlessly into the space.

The community previously operated a full-service bar in the lounge and relied on a third-party bartending company to staff it. As labor costs continued to rise, maintaining the program became increasingly expensive.

By converting the space to a self-pour kiosk powered by Table Tap, the property eliminated ongoing staffing costs while giving residents access to beer, wine, and cold brew whenever it's convenient for them.

More convenience for residents. Lower operating costs for management. Everybody wins.

This apartment community in Scottsdale, Arizona had a love/hate relationship with their cold brew kegerator.

The good news? Residents absolutely loved it. Unlimited free cold brew every day quickly became one of the property’s most popular amenities.

The bad news? Residents loved it a little TOO much. Without any way to monitor or control usage, the property was burning through expensive cold brew kegs every month. The amenity had become a major cost burden, but removing it wasn’t an option because it was such a strong differentiator for the community.

That’s where Table Tap stepped in.

With Table Tap’s monitor and control technology, the property can still offer free cold brew to residents while keeping usage manageable and sustainable. Each resident now uses an RFID card tied to a daily dispense limit, and the taps are only available during designated hours and days.

The result? Residents still enjoy one of their favorite amenities, the property maintains a unique selling point, and management no longer has to worry about runaway keg costs.

Another multifamily retrofit in Virginia Beach, VA! This community already had a kegerator installed but like many properties, it sat unused because there was no way to monitor and control resident usage.

That’s where Table Tap came in 👏

By adding Table Tap’s self-pour technology, this community was able to transform an unused amenity into a controlled, resident-friendly experience. Management can now set daily pour allotments, limit access to specific hours of the day and days of the week, and monitor usage directly through the platform.

Another multifamily installation in Clearwater, FL! This system features Table Tap’s Pay at the Tap solution — a seamless way for properties and venues to generate revenue from non-alcoholic beverages like cold brew coffee and kombucha.

With this Pay at the Tap solution, there’s no need for RFID cards or enrollments. Guests simply select their beverage, choose a pour size, and complete the transaction by tapping their credit card directly on the payment processor below the iPad screen. Fast, convenient, and completely self-service.
