As a homeowner your roof can look perfectly fine from the ground. This is why it’s so important for you to get your roof looked at after a storm whether you have a leak or not.

By now I’m sure a lot of people have heard of the Upside app. It’s an app that gives you cash back on your gas purchases amongst other things I’ve heard. I primarily use it when buying gas. I’ve used it twice so far and I’ve received $12.31 so say after 5 or 6 fillups you get a free tank of gas. For those that drive a lot with their jobs this is huge. Just thought I’d share because we can all use some help these days at the gas pump!

I’ve got the best customers. Mrs Barbara trying to send me home with a bunch of different plants. Unbeknown to her, her roof has some hail damage so I’m working with her through the process of getting her roof repaired/replaced. I‘ll be walking her through and educating her throughout the entire process. The more you can educate your customers with something the more they’ll value their relationship with you. This is a roof I started marking up yesterday from hail damage. To the regular eye, you may not see anything even with the chalk showing you where to look! Unless you’re trained to know what to look for, it can be very hard.

This customer called us needing some fascia and soffit repair (didn’t even mention the roof) and said nobody would do it. We looked up her address and saw that her area had experienced 1.75” hail previously within the last year or two! She even said her roof looked fine (from the ground) and it had already been looked at. That’s the scary part!

Most homeowners would say the same thing about their own roofs. They look fine from the ground and there’s no leaks anywhere. This is why it’s so important to have your roof looked at every once in a while. Timing is super important. If you haven’t had your roof looked at since the recent storms feel ”free” to give me a call. I may be able to help you like we’re able to help this homeowner.
