Guardian Roof Systems is currently open and operational, as of Thursday afternoon our office still does not have power or internet service. All of our staff and technicians are working remotely to serve customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
During normal business weeks we dispatch out an average of 15-20 calls for inspections, quotes, and repairs. Since cell service resumed this past Tuesday after Beryl we have already received well over 100 calls and emails for damage inspections. We are diligently working to get technicians out to each property to inspect for damages, handle temporary repairs and tarping, and assist homeowners in getting claims filed with their insurance carrier.
Please be sure when calling in to request service you leave a detailed message with your full name, property address, contact information, and brief damage report – such as we have missing shingles, had leaking and water coming in during the storm, storm debris impacted the roof, a tree fell on our house, etc. Rest assured we are getting to every voicemail and following up with the contacts. We can also be reached via text at 713-409-9026 – please include all the same information listed previously.
As a home or property owner, be sure to do your due diligence when selecting a contractor for any storm-related damages. More damage can be caused by doing the work incorrectly and potentially jeopardize claim coverage. Make sure you are verifying insurance and credentials of anyone showing up after a storm claiming to be a “roofer”.
