You have everything you need ahead of the storm, and then the lights flicker. Neighbors, friends, and family huddle together in your living room, hopeful. You smile confidently, because this was what you were preparing for. Rushing out to your saving grace, you see her sitting ready to serve you, her sleek curves sparkle like the ice crystals forming on your windows. You turn her key, the engine sputters and fails. Then again, another promising turn, and again it fails. You yank the backup starter cord desperately, but your generator won't start. She's left you at just the exact moment you needed her most. Cruel fate.
Just a reminder to give your generators a little TLC. While we specializein standby generstors, If you stored your portable generator nwith fuel in the carburetor, without regular start ups, she may not start for you at all. If you find your generator won't start, we are performing some emergency carburetor maintenance on a case by case basis at a reasonable price.
