Looking to hire an experienced fence and deck person or someone willing to learn, in the Peoria/Pekin Illinois area. I’m losing a great one to college on the 24th. We stay busy until the cold weather gets too bad to work. Pay will depend on experience. Minimum pay for no experience is $17 and if you work out you’ll be at $20 pretty fast, more experience will be paid more money. We work 7-3 but hours can vary, weather dictates work days. Some weeks the team works 25 hours sometimes upwards of 40. We’re a small company so if you need a day off all you have to do is ask in advance, family time matters. Weekends are worked occasionally but are usually optional. You provide your own transportation. Comment or pm if interested.

Check your gutters everyone, there’s been a lot of limb debris blowing around. Screens keep out the big branches but you can still accumulate small stuff that will clog them, especially in inside corners. This is a picture of a gutter that I just cleaned that has gutter guard on it.

Here’s another little facelift we gave this old deck. The framing all stayed with the addition of two joists.
