Just finished a giant project. Started this last September of 2023. I’ve done a lot of other projects in between as well. I always say I need to post more lol. But this remodel I have the most pictures of and was a very challenging one in every way. It was about a 80% gut out/demo. Removed all the horsehair plaster. Ran all new electrical and new panel. All new insulation. Stairway area opened up by taking out 2 load bearing walls adding lvls. Customer wanted more open concept. Custom wainscoting/ shadow boxes done in kitchen. Also added a bunch of new trim. Textured ceilings in every room. new paint in every room. Entire new Stairway and railing system old gutted out new installed. Some new hardwood flooring added. All hardwood floors sanded, colored and poly. This came out absolutely beautiful. Customer wants to tackle the kitchen after the holidays with new cabinets, countertops and flooring.

I haven’t posted anything in quite awhile. Always forget to post the work when we start and finish lol. But most of the time actually forget to take enough before and after photos of my projects lol. But here is a attic transformation I started in late April that I just put the finishing touches on yesterday for a great family In Pelham. From the framing to some electrical , insulation to hanging and taping all the drywall. Painting, flooring , built in cabinetry , stairs, a rail system etc. this attic came out absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy for the family and I know they can’t wait to utilize there new space.

I haven’t posted any of our work in quite awhile lol. So figured it was time. Just finishing up a basement remodel for a customer. It all started with water damage from the basement getting flooded. Ended turning into a beautiful basement remodel. A nice custom laundry area and nice lg soon to be game room entertaining area. From start to finish from demo to moisture protection, foam insulation,new moisture and mold resistant drywall, all new paint walls and trim,some custom cabinetry, new Lvt flooring and nice touch with a barn door.

Doing a custom 1200 sq ft basement in wells Maine . Includes helping finishing some framing the homeowner started, hanging and taping all the drywall, sanding and priming and texturing ceilings/soffits, and all the finish paint and now currently installing flooring. The next step after the flooring is complete is to install all new doors. And then trim work(base molding and window trim) then finally a drop ceiling. I will keep you posted.

Update: Project is completed. Installed trim and painted.

Just finished up hanging and taping a remodel above a garage in Haverhill ma. Next will be to prime and finish paint walls and ceiling. And also will be installing the trim work base molding and window trim. Will update once completed..

Garage the had water damage above. Removed the water damaged Sheetrock and insulation. Replaced with new insulation new 5/8 fire code Sheetrock. Mud and taped sanded and primed. Then (random roll textured ceiling to match the existing texture already in the garage.
