🎨 What does onboarding new hires look like at AGW? (Hint: no shortcuts!)

Two of our newest team members, Mike and Josh, recently attended hands-on training at Benjamin Moore's headquarters in Montvale, NJ.

From product knowledge to application techniques, they had the opportunity to learn directly from industry experts while testing real-world scenarios like covering dark colors with two coats of Regal Select Eggshell in Chantilly Lace and measuring proper film thickness with mil gauges.

We've been in business for nearly 120 years, but we're always learning, improving, and investing in our people right from the start.

That blue tape looks oddly familiar... 👀

Thankfully, when our blue tape goes up, it means a space is about to look a whole lot better - like this kitchen from earlier this week. 💙

Jokes aside (I was just very excited for the Backrooms movie coming out today), it’s actually a perfect example of how outdated wallcoverings and lighting can completely change the feeling of a space. Sometimes reworking it with new paint and a few modern updates are all it takes to bring a room back to life. 👍
