I have 40 years of constuction experience, was a project manager for many years prior to starting my own buisness. In the past years we have completed both commercial and resedental high end job. What we started with. Customer had a contractor put a roof on before we got there. And as you see the building wasn't ready for a roof. But he put it on anyway and left it half screwed and then charged extra. More to follow.....
