The demo is complete, and now it’s time to rebuild—starting with the most important part: the structure.
What looked like a simple balcony repair turned into a complete structural rebuild. Every piece of damaged wood has been removed and replaced with a solid, properly engineered framing system built to last.
Now the new framing is complete and inspection-ready before we move on to the next phase. We don’t cut corners—we make sure every step meets code before it’s covered up.

This is the part most people will never see, but it’s the reason this balcony is now safe, strong, and built to withstand South Florida’s toughest weather.
