Take a look at a recent project we are wrapping up in Quincy. ‘The Q’ is a 269 unit, 2 building luxury apartment development overlooking Granite Links Golf Course.

It was first approved by the city in 2015.

Work is progressing on the restoration of the St. Gabriel’s Monastery and the adjacent church. The two buildings are being transformed to modern apartments and community space while keeping all historic architecture intact.
