It's called Bay State Bath because… well, Massachusetts is the Bay State.

But the people running it every day?
They've got my last name.

Kirsten handles customer communication.
Farah's in the office. Bridget too.
My son Clint's in the business.
And now we've even got Baby Richie in the mix.

And the rest of the team—40+ people—most have been here 10, 15, even 20 years.
So yeah… it feels like family. Because it kind of is.

I started in this industry in 2003.
Went independent in 2015.
Built Bay State Bath in 2022.

Everything we've built? It's with people I trust.

And the ones I trust most are still my kids.
