N.R.Guerini is looking for a hardworking individual(s) who take pride in their work and would like to join our team. Position will consist of performing landscape management tasks on both residential and commercial properties.

Title: General Labor
Job Status: Full-Time
Location: Based out of Marshfield, MA
Pay: Based off previous experience

Responsibilities –
- Weekly mowing and maintenance on properties.
- Performing a wide variety of other maintenance tasks on properties throughout the landscaping season, such as spring and fall clean-ups, mulching, ornamental pruning, and weeding.
- Aiding landscape construction crew when needed.

General Requirements –
- Must work well with others.
- Positive attitude.
- Dependable, well-organized, and takes pride in their work.
- Willingness to learn and continue to develop as the company grows.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers Class D license with a clean driving record.
- MA DOT card (at least be able to obtain one).
- Must have available references upon request.

Landscape Maintenance Requirements –
- Familiar and comfortable with operating commercial lawn mowers (Walker, Bobcat, and S**g) and power tools.
- Proper pruning and general maintenance techniques.
- Must be in good physical condition to work efficiently in outdoor conditions.

Servicing the South Shore area in all aspects of landscape construction and property maintenance.
