When you hire the best, you will get the best results! Period. If you hire a big company, they have contracts aka prefered vendors !All business; they complete the job or not. They have a certain amount of days to try and dry out a structure. Not every structure can be dried out in 1 or 2 days, and that's what Serv Pro/Paul Davis contracts sign with insurance - a huge scam. Once you sign off, they're off the hook months later your sick from the mold growing behind or under 🤷‍♂️As you can see on our moisture meters, it may look dry, but it's 100% wet. There's no possible way to get it done properly floor must come out!! . Long story short these companies will take the money and make matters worse. So, in a way, we are thankful for them not caring about their customers like we do because we get paid to clean up there mess . We are 24/7, and I'm there from start to finish to make sure it's done right. I promise none has ever screwed me over, nor will they screw over my customers. That goes for any insurance company/contractor under my watch. We have the best team for a reason.!!! This was an overflowing toilet. But anything to do with water, we are here to get your property back to its original state or new, period. Ice Damning/pipe bursts you name it make sure your water coverage has no fine lines same with fires !! They are not on your side if its not in balck and white your screwed you could have never had a claim and if you have 2 to 20k in fire coverage and your investment is gone!!

Mold Men Environmental had a happy Customer today there was a flood and asbestos encapsulantion needed he didnt have enough coverage but we believe in karma when he unwrapped that floor today on Christmas that call with tears of joy I can almost see them thru the phone was priceless this is why we do somethings and its not allways about the money! So think twice when you deal with these big corporations sometimes all they care about is the 💰
