Update on the project house: insulation in all exterior walls that had none in them before. The bathroom will be getting its new window put in as well as the tub removed for the last of the lathe and plaster removal then it will be drywall time. The bedrooms will be having the ceilings demoed in preparation for drywall.

New 200 amp electrical service installed with the assistance of Christian McLoud General Electrical and Mechanical Contractors. Yes I know the panel looks like spaghetti it will be getting a good cleanup

Windows receiving new pvc trim all the way around and as the house currently sits waiting for some more work time as the weather gets nicer. Stay tuned for more.

A leaking roof cause water infiltration from the attic into the ceiling of two bedrooms in this house. Water made its way down into the lathe and plaster walls so yesterday was the beginning of demo day. Once all the lathe and plaster has been removed from the walls in the bedroom, the studs will be inspected for any water damage and any repairs will be made. Stay tuned for more progress.

Tearing carpet and particle board subfloor that was covering up original hardwood flooring in this house that was built in 1927. Having some new pieces of hardwood milled to weave into the floor to fix problem spots. Floor will be getting sanded then deciding from there if a coat of clear polyurethane will do the trick

Please help support a very good cause to help someone very important to one of my coworkers.

Also one of the tenants of the house is a mom who suffered burns also as well as her toddler. They could use clothes as they lost everything. The mom is an XL and the toddler is a 2T. The items for the mom and son can be dropped off at the Yates County Personnel Office or to me and I will get them there
