It’s been an exciting summer! We welcomed another sweet grandbaby, joined the Fourth of July parade, and have stayed busy with some exciting projects.

This is exactly why proper drafting, engineering, and foundation design matter.

A building is only as strong as what it’s sitting on. Without the right site prep, drainage, foundation details, and structural planning, problems can get expensive fast.

Good plans aren’t just about making a project look good on paper. They’re about making sure it holds up in the real world for years to come.

Cutting corners on the front end almost always costs more on the back end.

Work can wait when the grandson comes to visit. Even our lead draftsman has his priorities straight.
