Marcus has been with Aegis since 2019, and in that time he's become one of the core reasons this company is what it is today. Originally from Lakeland, Florida and now calling the Florida Panhandle home, Marcus has built his role around one thing: developing people.

Ask him what he loves most about the job and he won't talk about numbers or projects. He'll talk about watching individuals grow, personally and professionally. That's what drives him every day.
