This hand drawn design has taken me a large amount of time to create.

It contains 128 trees with a minimum size of 25 gallon, 1632 -3 gallon native grasses, shrubs and perennials, and 2250 ground covers to hold soil in place, in the event the clients property takes another 5 foot of storm surge.
There is over 7000 square feet of pavers including a paved patio overlooking the water with a wood burning fire pit 4 foot in diameter.
I’m very proud to have been commissioned by my awesome clients to create an Absolutely Gorgeous garden spread out over 2 acres.

This magnificent glass sculpture will be installed next week for All the Patients and Citizens of Pensacola to enjoy while visiting Ascension’s Summit Medical Center at 12th Avenue and Summit Blvd for Superior Healthcare.

My Garden Design / Installation for this gorgeous Bayou Texar Home installed this year did fabulous through Hurricane Sally. Here are a few pictures from my tour today with the owners.
The creeping fig has almost covered the block walls in only 5 months. The Grand staircase withstood incredible, wind, rain and flooding. Proper planning, utilizing the correct plant material in the specific location to sun, shade, and wind is always key to Coastal Garden success.

Hello Everyone!
All of your plants are not dead. We had a tremendous amount of salt water/spray intrusion into Escambia and Santa Rosa County with a terribly Strong and unexpected Hurricane Sally!
I strongly urge everyone to thoroughly flush all of your turf, perennials, shrubs, trees with fresh water.
Coastal areas should avoid watering with well water for the next 3 days. Use your fresh water municipality connection to irrigate all plant material and turf.
There will be some decline in your plant material, possibly even appearing dead, however, we still have enough seasonal weather to allow new growth to emerge and harden for our hopefully mild winters.

Please remember Nature does not move as fast as humans

Rudbeckia Goldstrum or as it is commonly referred to as the Black Eyed Susan is an awesome full sun, drought tolerant, border planting providing spectacular summer color.

When the black eyed susan is planted in morning sun only, it tends to emerge later and slower, but the blooms have greater longevity than full sun plantings.
In the winter, the foliage shrinks down to surface basal foliage where it will winter through freezing temps until the temps begin to increase in the late spring and into summer.
