Carlisle SynTec Systems is pleased to introduce its Continu-Care® Preventative Maintenance Warranty Extension program. This program allows Carlisle Early Bird Authorized Applicators to extend the duration of Total System Warranties on newly installed roofing systems. By conducting annual preventative maintenance, warranties can be extended by five years at no additional charge, for a total of up to 30 years of coverage.

John David Andress Construction, Inc. wanted to share with you guys the process of this chimney flashing repair. It’s important that we share this with you guys because there’s more to a repair then what meets the eye. As you’ll see in the during picture we wrapped the chimney GAF - Roofing storm guard to provide a water barrier and then added new flashing. In the final stage of this repair we installed new vinyl siding and trim do complete this project. We take pride in taking all of the proper steps in a repair to make sure that our customers get there moneys worth!!
