Loftis Marine Loftis Marine has been in business for 23 years. We are a state certified Licensed Marine Contractor.

Loftis Marine Division, Inc is a professional marine contractor focusing on both commercial and residential marine and shoreline projects. While the majority of our projects are docks, boathouses, seawalls, retaining walls, and boat-lifts for our waterfront cusotmers, we also provide many amenities like decks boardwalks and dune walkovers. Our main goal is satisfying our customers before, during,

and after the sale. Our team of artisans, designers, and builders all work together to continually focus on structural quality, integrity, aesthetics, and service. For your project, we use premium synthetic materials, accessories, and products that will enhance and protect your waterfront and shoreline property. We are properly licenses and insured with Jones Act and US Long-shore & Harbor Workers Compensation Act Insurance. We are licensed in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, and Baldwin counties. We are also members of the Florida Marine Contractor's Association (FMCA). We challenge you to find a marine contractor more dedicated than Loftis Marine. What started as a construction site 2 years ago is now something the community can enjoy for years to come.

Projects like this don’t happen overnight.

There were challenges, weather, logistics, inspections, design coordination, and countless moving pieces behind the scenes — but seeing the final result makes it worth it.

I want to thank the City of Gulf Breeze for the work and their continued confidence in Loftis Marine and thank the public for their patience throughout the entire process.

We successfully completed a federal contract for a Federal 8(a) contractor at Johnson's Beach in Gulf Islands National Seashore. Our scope included all subframing, decking, and handrail installation. A highly skilled team of 18 employees ensured on-time project completion, finishing one day ahead of schedule. The team's dedication, systematic approach, and exceptional work ethic are commendable.

A notable project feature is the waterfront lookout adjacent to an active Osprey tower and nest. This location offers excellent viewing opportunities for observing Osprey fishing activity.

Look out City of Gulf Breeze Community, we are getting very close to completing the boatramp, docks and seawall work at Wayside Park West. As you can see in the video, we are pouring the boatramp today. Can't wait to see this site open back up after being closed since the Hurricane Sally I believe! (Video by Tyler Duncan).
