Finally got all the windows in and we're starting the Hardy siding tomorrow morning

Getting closer and closer to completion and it's looking amazing 400sq ft addition with subfloor crawl space and extended flat roof porch has a full bathroom and an office with a walk-in closet for 15,000 to complete it

It's just about ready for decking three weeks into the job it's going smooth so far hopefully it keeps going that way message me if you need anything done inside or outside we're the ones to get it done

These are the final pictures of the full renovation that I posted before she had someone come in and finish my punchout list I wasn't gonna keep working for free so if anyone needs anything done in the home we can do it for a good price no matter what the condition is anything is possible

These are pictures of a job that I previously posted and as you can see in most of the pictures I was down to the final punch out list and the customer that were doing the job for had no respect towards me or any of the subcontractors I had working in the home I didn't the whole job for 55,000 which was way under budget when she reached 45,000 she just completely stopped paying me and my subcontractors I walked away with a 10,000 dollar loss and she got the home of her dreams that was also her childhood home that is now appraised at 200,000 dollars next post I'll show you what the finish product turned out to be
