"You never want to have to call a plumber but fortunately our issue wasn't an emergency. The guys still came out the same day (within about 4 hrs actually). They were able to fix all the leaks we had as well as one they weren't expecting (we'd forgotten about it until they arrived). They were awesome, made quick work of the fixes and got all of our issues addressed. Very reasonably priced. We've used them in the past and will definitely call them again if we need."

Hiring an unlicensed plumber can lead to significant damage to your plumbing system and additional costs for the homeowner! Example from a call we did recently because a homeowner experienced sewer gas smell and washing machine backing up after a remodeling job. This is what we found in the attic. The UNLICENSED plumber/handyman used water line fittings instead of drain pattern fittings. Biggest problem??? He sloped the pipes in the wrong direction causing the sewer smell and backups. Cost to correct, more than $1,000.00! Big mistake!!!

ECUA's sewer averaging period will begin with each residential customer's first meter reading on or after November 15th. The length of your sewer period is 90 days. IF YOU HAVE ANY WATER LEAKS, THIS WILL CAUSE YOUR MONTHLY WATER AND SEWER CHARGES TO INCREASE FOR THE NEXT 12 MONTHS!!! This is because your water usage during the 90 days will determine your sewer charge. We recommend you check all indoor and outdoor plumbing fixtures for leaks. If you find a leak, call 850.492.8200 to schedule one of our technicians for repair(s). It will save you money in the future.

POST-FREEZE IRRIGATION SYSTEM INSPECTION SPECIAL!!!
