We did carpet removal and new carpet and padding install. We demoed tile in the kitchen and living room areas, completely leveled and prep the floor for vinyl plank glue down installation. We also demoed the tile in the bathroom, install durock followed by installing new tile and grout. After all flooring installation was completed we installed quarter round trim and caulked the trim as needed. This approximately 1100 sqft residence was one of two we are doing for one of our local investors we work on a regular basis with here in Pensacola, FL. Call and schedule an estimate today!! The devil is in the details therefore we take our time on every project to ensure everything is nothing less then perfect before we sign off on the job being complete!!

This was a residential remodel for one of our clients, Mrs. Thompson, located in Pace, FL. New flooring was installed followed by baseboards. All doors in the residence where replaced with all new doors from French to bi-folding closet doors. New crown molding was installed threw out the entire residence in every room along with more additional improvements not listed. This project is still ongoing while we are waiting for new custom cabinets to come in for us to installed in the near future. Mrs. Thompson has been one of our favorite clients to date and was extremely easy to work with! She had an idea already of what she wanted and we turned her idea into reality in just two weeks!
