All these are easy care flowers for our Pensacola area.

I’m a big fan of plants that don’t fall apart the moment I miss a watering or forget to deadhead for a week. 😅🌼 A garden is much more enjoyable when every plant isn’t demanding constant attention.
☀️ Coneflowers, black-eyed Susans, yarrow, and blanket flower are happiest with plenty of sun and good drainage once established.
💧 Most of these become quite drought tolerant with time, but I still water new plants regularly during their first season.
🌿 Catmint is one of my favorites for filling edges because it stays useful for a long stretch and can often flower again after a light trim.
✂️ I don’t overfeed these either. Too much fertilizer can sometimes give you lots of floppy green growth instead of stronger flowering.
For me, the easiest gardens are built around plants that can handle a little imperfection. 🌱
