Hardi ceiling for Rick Sprague, General Contractor, at a private residence on Sabine Drive, Pensacola beach. The 45 corner turned out to be a bit of a challenge for the crew but they succeeded after several video calls to me while I was in NC. Doing a job for my landlords.

General Contractor was Michael Michael E Mabire
It is a private residence located on Bayfront Street , Gulf Breeze. There was a porch are where we created a lattice ceiling with Hardie panel, which was definitely an adventure all in itself. Also we created blow out wall vents with Hardi Trim which was a first.

Residence of Me and Mrs Hutchison on Red Cedar in Inerarity Point and Forte Builders was the General Contractor. The greatest challenge here was the heigth. Sitting at around 45 ft from the ground the top of the roof anything above 36 ft required careful scaffold building. Our first indoor siding installation took place on the very top floor where there was an enclosed lookout area. The last 4 pictures are of that area.

A big Congratulations to our Hardie install crew as we have had some excitement in the last several weeks! A very big Congratulations to Omega Construction and Design who entered this house in a national contest by Tamlyn and was awarded 3rd place. Residence of Mt and Mrs Carpentier on Chase Street. This was an exciting adventure pushing the bounderies of siding installation for our company. This was my first experience with Hardi, Artisan siding, no trim corners, and a Hardi 33 in. by 24 in. Hardi panel set in a Tamlyn track system.

This is a house on Mallory Street, Paul Mack was the General Contractor, where the wall was originally built for lap siding. The center batten that went into the pick was offset by a couple inches so we made a louvered appearance in the peak. The louver is 2 feet tall and we used a 4 inch reveal with lap siding.

Residence of Mr and Mrs Teddy McBride. Several unique things here are the oval windows and curved top window with keystones to cover the joints especially on the oval window. The most interesting was the columns on this house have a cove moulding profile cut into the Hardi Trim.

The residence of Mr and Mrs Moses Martin in Myerstown PA. First time to install Hardi HZ5 and it was a blast. This was also prepainted, the color of the shakes in the gables is Iron Grey while the color of the lap siding is Night Grey. Thanks to my nephew Jesse Martin for being the lead installer on the second crew, with your help we were able to finish the Hardi on this house in 1 week. August of 2016

The residence of Mr and Mrs Rowell in Tahisco subdivision of Kingsfield Rd Cantonment Florida.This house has the first set of shutters we built. The are made from Hardi and are built right on the wall. The fun here was we made all the trim on the columns with a cove edge. The columns were made with Miratec so it was easy to use a router. We are looking to do this type of edging with Hardi as well.
