Here are some progress photos from our East Hill build. This week we are working on siding, roofing and finishing the retaining wall. The 4” reveal on the lap siding gives a very traditional look to this home.

These knotty alder doors make the perfect entrance into one of our clients bourbon room.

We are really excited to be using this rain screening product on our East Hill build. Keeping the wood wall assembly dry is extremely important in our climate. This product creates a gap between the siding and the moisture barrier that allows any potential moisture to escape.
