We're hiring experienced drywall finishers with a great work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
Qualified applicants are required to demonstrate their proficiency working with and finishing drywall.
👉 This is a W-2 position with weekly pay.
Applicants must have their own reliable transportation as this position requires travel between job sites throughout the day.
A truck or vehicle with a trailer to accommodate 4X8' pieces of drywall is a strong plus.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Since drywall work is physically demanding, applicants must be able to perform during a full workday, and:
✅ must have the ability to climb and balance on ladders, scaffolds, and stilts while carrying 50-60 pounds.
✅ must have full use of fingers and both hands as required for this manually dexterous position.
✅ must have simultaneous mental alertness and muscular coordination.
✅ must have at least 4 years of recent drywall taping and finishing experience or demonstrate proficiency with advanced drywall skills.
✅ must provide your own tools of the trade.
✅ must be able to match a wide variety of textures to complete an invisible repair regardless of the surrounding finishes.
✅ must maintain a clean work area, protect customers' property, and maintain a safe working environment.
✅ must always conform to all safety rules and regulations of the company and maintain OSHA standards.

Tape & Mud is a residential drywall company serving the west Phoenix valley and we're expanding across Maricopa County and surrounding areas.
We specialize in providing high-quality drywall repair work, popcorn ceiling removal, and meticulous texture finishes to accomplish an invisible repair that's ready for paint.
We are currently looking to fill several positions for maskers, hangers, and finishers.
We have 40+ hours per week for the right candidate!
