We're exploring plans for a new cottage community in Marigold Estates on Delaware Street in Pekin.
This won't be an HOA but contracts will be available for lawn & snow maintenance.

The proposed development would feature approximately 15 duplex buildings, creating 30 individual homes. Each residence would offer around 1,200 square feet of comfortable, low-maintenance living. Floor plans are being designed with spacious eat-in kitchens, open family rooms, and ample storage space—without the need for a basement or additional stairs.

We'll design these homes for your needs both today & tomorrow. Wide doorways, walk-in showers, and other accessibility options can be incorporated, with customization available to meet individual needs and help residents stay comfortable in their homes for years to come.

We're also exploring community amenities, including a pickleball court if there's enough interest from future residents.
The goal is to break ground on the first unit this summer, with additional homes built based on community demand.
