Here’s a quick look at Re-Discover by Willmeng Construction as Building 2 is taking shape.

J Wolf Mechanical is installing:
• 62 high-efficiency Carrier 20-ton rooftop units
• 8 high-efficiency Carrier 5-ton office rooftop units
• Multiple spec suite HVAC systems and pump room ventilation throughout each building

When complete, this development will bring over 807,000 square feet of warehouse and office space under roof.

If you’ve driven I-17 near Peoria Avenue lately, you’ve likely seen the four large warehouse buildings rising along the freeway. That’s Project Formation 17, and J Wolf Mechanical is proud to be partnering with Willmeng Construction on this major industrial development.

As Phoenix’s industrial sector grows, projects like this help meet increasing demand for distribution and commercial space. Our team is providing the HVAC and mechanical systems that will keep these facilities running efficiently.

A major upgrade is underway for one of Scottsdale’s fire stations, and J Wolf Mechanical is proud to be part of the team after being brought on by Chasse Building Team for this important project.

This expansion and interior renovation will enhance the facility that serves Scottsdale’s first responders, creating a more modern and efficient space for the crews who protect our community every day. As construction progresses, our team will soon begin installing the HVAC and mechanical systems that will help support the station’s operations for years to come.

We appreciate the opportunity to work alongside Chasse Building Team on another impactful Arizona construction project and look forward to contributing to a facility that will serve Scottsdale’s first responders and residents well into the future.
