A beautiful portfolio is important—but when you’re trusting someone with a major renovation of your home, you need to know what happens after the contract is signed.

1️⃣ Who is actually managing my project every day?
Who will you communicate with once construction begins?

2️⃣ How do you handle changes and unexpected conditions?
Major remodels can uncover things nobody could see before demolition. You want to know how those situations will be communicated and handled.

3️⃣ How detailed is the scope of work?
You shouldn’t have to guess what’s included in your project—or find out later what isn’t.

The right contractor should be able to answer all three clearly.
