โข Lead and supervise concrete crews on daily tasks, including forming, pouring, finishing, and site prep
โข Coordinate with project managers to ensure schedules, materials, and manpower align
โข Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
โข Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized job site
โข Monitor quality control to deliver precise, durable results
โข Train and mentor crew members to build a strong, efficient team

โข 3+ years of concrete foreman or lead experience
โข Strong knowledge of forming systems, rebar placement, and finishing techniques
โข Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, power trowels, and saws
โข Reliable transportation and a valid driverโs license
โข Strong communication and leadership skills
โข Ability to work in varying weather conditions
