10 PM and this new-con garage is officially prepped and wrapped up. Underlayment is down, the sheathing is protected, and we’re ready for steel. 🔨

Sometimes you just stay late and get it done so the weather doesn’t get the chance to win. 👊

Reliant Roofing LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our team as a Roofing Production Assistant for a 3-month seasonal position.

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working outside, staying active, and being part of a fast-moving construction crew. No roofing experience is required — we’re willing to train the right person.

🔨 What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting our roofing crew from the ground
* Setting up and cleaning up job sites
* Keeping homeowner properties clean and organized throughout the project
* Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
* Picking up shingles, nails, and construction debris
* Running magnets and completing final job-site cleanup
* Moving tools and equipment as needed
* Assisting the production team with day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For:

* Dependable and shows up on time
* Strong work ethic and willing to stay busy
* Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work
* Able to lift and carry construction materials
* Respectful around customers and their properties
* Works well as part of a team
* Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required
* Valid driver’s license preferred

We were driving through Hillman, MN and noticed a Lady stopped on the side of the road trying to get this nice dog into her truck he or she is very well trained and very nice she is going to be taking him to Little falls.

4 layers down to 1 — that’s how you take stress off an old flat roof and fix it the right way 💪🏠 We cleaned up the extra weight, ran the flat roof properly up the wall, and reframed the area damaged by the tree. Jobs like this matter because shortcuts don’t last. We’re glad to get this one wrapped up the right way. ✅

Storm damage can hide bigger problems 🌳🏠 This flat roof started with a tree strike, but once we opened it up, we found 4 layers of rolled roofing, 2 layers of shingles, and decking that needed to be replaced. We got day 1 handled and the roof is moving in the right direction. If your roof’s been through a storm, don’t wait to get it checked.

A tree hit their BRAND-NEW roof… and somehow, it might’ve been the best thing that could’ve happened. 😳🌳

This homeowner had a brand-new roof when a tree came down and damaged the house. What started as storm damage quickly uncovered a much bigger problem.

Once we started tearing into the roof, we found some serious issues with the previous installation — along with 2 layers of shingles and FOUR layers of rolled roofing in certain areas. 😳

Instead of covering up the problems and moving on, we took it all the way down, removed every layer, resheathed the roof, and rebuilt it the way it should’ve been done in the first place.

Sometimes you don’t know what’s hiding underneath a roof until something forces you to look.

Now this homeowner can have confidence knowing their roof isn’t just new — it’s done right. 🏠🔨
