Today we’re checking out this awesome playset that we helped build, but it’s not staying with us!

This playset is being donated to C.A.R.E., where it will be raffled off to raise money for their organization and the incredible work they do in our community.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this happen. We love being able to give back and support causes that make a real difference.

When we pulled up and saw this thing finished, our first thought was, "Can we keep it?" 😂

🚨 NEW BUILD… BIG PROBLEMS 🚨

We were called out to inspect a newer home after ice dams caused concerns this winter. What we found was shocking.

In an attempt to break up the ice, someone took a hammer and punch directly to the roof, leaving holes through the shingles and creating potential leak points throughout the system. On top of that, we identified several workmanship issues that should have been addressed from the start.
