Time for another Employee Spotlight! Kris Ostlie is a master plumber and runs the plumbing service, new construction and remodel division. Wow, he does a lot for us!

He is married to Heidi with 2 kids, Lexie and Tyler, and has a granddaughter named Lainey.

Our post about Katie, Kyleigh, and Abby inspired us to take a closer look at all of the other families across our companies. We were amazed by just how many family connections we found!

At Aqua Lawn, Dan Brauch and Justin Hanson are a father/stepson team.

The Greens PLB and HTG Detroit Lakes Division have two teams:
Marlin Blanchard and Seth Pitre are a father/stepson team.
Nick and Mark Green are a father/son team.

The Esser Plumbing and Heating teams also have some great family connections:
Kenny and DJ Altstadt are an uncle/nephew team.
Greg and Marcus Boedigheimer are a father/son team.
Jaden and Steven Erkenbrack, along with their sister Becca, work together as team members.
Linda Grotheer and Brenda Wegscheid are sisters-in-law. (And Brenda's daughter, Becky, runs our social media)
Joe and Phil Guck are a father/son team.
Reid Simonson and Jonah Simonson are brothers on a team.

It all started with Joe Esser Sr.’s dad, who built the foundation and eventually passed the business on to Joe Sr. Today, Joe Sr. has turned the reins over to Joe Esser Jr., continuing the family tradition into the next generation.

Here’s to the families who work together, support one another, and make us who we are today!

We aren't kidding when we say we're a family company! Katie, Abby, and Kyleigh are one of our many family teams and we sincerely appreciate them! Katie (mom) has been our Office Manager since August 2023, Abby (daughter) is our Customer Service Representative, and Kyleigh (daughter) is our inventory specialist.

They expand the definition of "family" even further with all of their fur babies. Katie has two cats, Luna & Theo (both are over 20 lbs!) and Abby has a husky named Lucy.

Katie said "I have 4 children, two girls and two boys. My girls and I spend a lot of time together as we work side by side Monday through Friday. I couldn't ask for better coworkers! I also have one granddaughter, Hazel, who is two years old and has my whole heart!"
