At United Modular, the Construction CDL Driver is a multi-faceted position. The Construction CDL Driver typically hauls oversized modular buildings for our customers. In addition, the Construction CDL driver may be asked to set up and/or tear down the modular building. Hauls and jobs are generally local, which allows our Construction CDL Drivers to be home most nights and weekends. United Modular provides the truck, training, equipment, tools, and PPE that will enable the Construction CDL Driver to be successful.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license
- Current DOT physical or ability to pass one
- 2 years CDL experience
- 21 years or older
- General knowledge of tools
- Ability to lift or move 50 pounds

Even though our business is located in Southeast Pennsylvania, our crew is no stranger to Paupack Hills Country Club and The On The Green Bar & Grille. We have played golf, had meetings catered and enjoyed many a good meal and drink. Today we got to help them take the first step in getting their golf operations going after the fire. Ryan Fertsch delivered the 12x60 Mobile Office, and then Ryan and I set it up. This will be their temporary Pro-Shop and Administrative Offices. Delivered and set in the nick of time with golfing set to resume in the next couple of weeks!

Challenge - place the 12x60 next to the Toll Bridge Office that is getting torn down. Oh, and you have 4 hours to get the job done because we have to open the toll lane by 3:00 pm. After the Jersey Barriers were removed, United Modular turned the unit around, jumped the ditch and two curbs with our Translift. Job completed by 2:00!

For the past three weeks, United Modular ran simultaneous projects in State College. Week one worked on two setup projects and completed one. Weeks two and three, completed the setup of 13 units and the tear down and crane off of an 11 unit complex. Our complex crews did an excellent job successfully completing these projects!
