Please read and share! Hello all, PLEASE urge anyone that has gas and/or propane heating to have working carbon monoxide detectors on each floor. Another close call today for a customer of mine. CO detectors are a must with any atmospheric vents! This situation was unforeseen and done by other contractors.

Replacement of the week! Replaced a well worked cast-iron boiler with my EFM PK-210. Awesome boiler, cold start for the heat only or indirect hot water tank applications. After 2 replacements in as many days I got a little lazy and brought my ATV to lighten the load.
