🔨 WE’RE HIRING: Deck Construction Laborer/Carpenter! 🔨
Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to build awesome outdoor spaces? 1918 Custom Decks is looking for a Construction Laborer/Carpenter with experience to join the crew immediately!
đź’° Pay: $18 - $25/hour (Based on experience)
⏱️ Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri, weekends available if wanted but not mandatory)
đź“Ť Location: Primarily Lake county, but you only need to drive to our shop in Perry every morning

What you’ll be doing:
Working as a team to build high-quality wood and composite decks
Digging post holes and pouring concrete footings
Using power tools, reading tape measures, and cutting lumber
Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean and safe
What we need from you:
1+ years of construction, framing, carpentry, or heavy general labor experience
Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work outside in all weather
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to job sites
A great attitude and strong work ethic
