With all the excitement for Toledo Home Giveaway , we haven’t been able to share this exciting news.

Two years ago , one of our employees experienced something no family ever expects—a medical emergency involving her father. In that critical moment, a bystander stepped in and performed CPR, helping save his life. Because someone was willing to act, a family was given more time with a loved one.

That experience served as a powerful reminder that CPR isn’t just a certification—it’s a skill that can make the difference between tragedy and hope.

That’s why our Mavillino Custom Homes team took the time to complete CPR certification training. We hope we never need to use these skills, but we’re grateful to be better prepared should the need arise. Whether on a jobsite, in our office, or in our community, being ready to help matters.

A sincere thank you to the instructors who provided this training and to the everyday heroes who step forward when seconds matter most.

You never know when having the knowledge and confidence to perform CPR could save a life.
