Every Friday this May, our team is wearing green to break the stigma, spark vital conversations, and show our support for Mental Health Awareness Month.

While mental health affects everyone, it hits incredibly close to home in our field. Did you know that the construction industry has the second-highest su***de rate of all American industries? According to data from the Center for Construction Research and Training (CPWR), over 5,000 construction workers lose their lives to su***de each year—a staggering reality that is up to five times higher than the number of annual jobsite fatalities.

In an industry built on strength and resilience, true strength means looking out for one another and speaking up when things get heavy.

Let’s change the culture from the ground up. Wear your green, check in on your crew, and let everyone know that it’s okay to not be okay.

What a fantastic day on the course! About a week ago, the Robinson Construction team hit the links to support the Rotary Club of Ste. Genevieve at their annual golf tournament.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather, and it was an honor to support an organization that does so much heavy lifting, both right here at home and across the globe. From providing vital school scholarships for local students to funding impactful community, national, and worldwide projects, the Rotary Club truly embodies service above self.

We had a fantastic time out on the course this past Friday participating in the Life Enrichment Golf Tournament! It was a wonderful day of community, sunshine, and (mostly) staying on the fairway.

We are already looking forward to teeing off again next year. A huge thank you to the organizers for putting on such a great event for a meaningful cause!

We recently hosted our 2026 Safety Poster Contest, welcoming young artists connected to our Robinson team to share their creative take on safety. A big congratulations to this year’s winners, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and helped promote the importance of safety through art!

Safety Week 2026 is coming to a close, but our focus on safety isn't going anywhere.

We spent this week focusing on Recognize, Respond, and Respect to eliminate SIFs (Serious Injuries and Fatalities) and make our jobsites safer. By using the Energy Wheel and the Hierarchy of Controls, we aren't just "checking boxes”, we're managing the stuff that can actually kill you.

Accountability doesn't stop because the week ended. Look out for your trade partners, respect the plan, and always have safety on your mind.

It was a privilege to host local high school students for a Job Shadow Day!

The next generation of industry professionals spent the day diving into the world of construction, from the intricate details of estimating and engineering to the high-level coordination of project management. To see it all in action, we headed out to one of our local jobsites for a firsthand look at how these plans come to life.

We are always proud to mentor young talent and share the rewarding career paths available in the construction industry. Seeing their enthusiasm is a great reminder of why we do what we do!
