Braxten returns to us this summer as an architectural professional, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Andrews University. He’ll be continuing on to his Master’s program after the summer, bringing a high level of discipline and design insight to our projects.

We’re officially welcoming Alexis Farinella as our Tipton / Cicero Area Manager.

Alexis is a no-BS operator who gets things handled—plain and simple. She’s already been putting in the work behind the scenes and building a real foothold for us in the area.

Outside of work, she’s a mom to twin girls, keeps up with a bulldog named Hank, and still shows up ready to execute every day.

This is exactly the kind of leadership we’re bringing into new markets as we expand.

One of our remodels was down due to a short in the service.

Tracked the issue, pulled new wire, and re-terminated everything to get it back up safely. Finishing up the tie-in now to bring the house back to life again.

This one was a good reminder—when something goes down at the service level, it’s not a DIY situation. It takes proper training, clean terminations, and making sure everything is solid before re-energizing.

For anyone that doesn’t know, we do handle electrical work in-house:
• Residential & commercial
• Single-phase & three-phase
• Service repairs, panels, and troubleshooting
• Smart lighting and control systems

With storms moving through the area, Ross Construction is available for emergency storm-related work, including temporary repairs, damage assessments, and power-related issues where applicable.

We also provide insurance estimates to help properly document damage and move your claim forward.

If your property is affected:
• Ensure everyone is safe first
• Stay clear of downed power lines and damaged electrical
• Do not enter flooded areas if power may be active
• Watch for leaks or unstable structures
• Document damage with photos if it’s safe
