I may be quiet on here… but I’ve definitely not been slow.

Right now I’m deep into a 8 week long full master bathroom remodel that’s going to take a couple more weeks—holding off on those photos until it’s finished.

In the meantime, here’s a snapshot of a few recent projects:
• Deck stair replacement
• Full bathroom demo (different bathroom)
• Kitchen backsplash upgrade
• Custom-built and stained barn doors

And plenty of electrical work behind the scenes (trust me—you don’t want a photo album of burnt outlets and wires that I’ve replaced😅)

If you’ve been thinking about a project, now’s the time to reach out—before I disappear into another 2-month remodel 😂
Right now I’m looking at June availability, depending on how a few upcoming projects pan out.

From storage shed ➡️ strength shed 💪

Took this backyard shed and transformed it into a fully functional home gym!

✔️ Full electrical run (lights + outlets)
✔️ Dedicated circuits for equipment
✔️ AC for year-round comfort
✔️ Insulation
✔️ Gym-ready flooring install

Now it’s cool, powered, and ready to move some weight - not lawn tools.

If you’ve got unused space sitting around, let me help to turn it into something awesome.

From dirt to done: 125’ trenched, conduit laid, new 6-ga feeders pulled and terminated.

This outdoor shed now has clean, reliable power and built-in capacity for future expansion—because planning ahead is part of the job.

Handyman work isn’t always just wood and screws.

This customer requested a full network layout with POE wireless routers, switches, gateways, and a clean Ethernet distribution to support the entire system. 💻🛠️

This job started as just some sanding, a few replacement boards, and new stairs to refinish the deck

Then we opened things up… and the deck politely informed us it was rotting from the inside 😬

What was supposed to be a refresh turned into a full rebuild: new deck boards, some new joists where rot was hiding, all new code approved (kid friendly) railings, and an upgraded stair landing because if you’re already fixing it, you might as well make it look good too 🔨🪵

As for staining — that part’s intentionally postponed. New pressure-treated lumber needs time to dry out properly before stain goes on, otherwise you’re just sealing in moisture (and nobody wants that).

Solid, safe, and done the right way — even when the “small job” decides to become a big one 😎

We just took this bathroom from basic contractor-grade to boutique hotel energy.
Zero magic tricks, just skill, tile dust, and 47 trips to Lowe’s.
Totally worth it.

Back from vacation and right into “welcome home mode” — also known as an emergency job for a client.

A sneaky shower leak decided to redecorate, ruining the baseboards and soaking about 20 square feet of hardwood flooring with a fine blend of mildew and misery.

All the bad wood? Gone.
Baseboards? Replaced.
Mildew? Treated and evicted.
Shower grout? Ripped out and redone with perfectly color-matched caulking for a proper seal — because we’re classy like that.

Nothing says “back to work” like a shower trying to remodel the bedroom on its own.

And officially 4 months later, I can call this job complete.

Below are a few random pictures I took of work done on this house - pictures of me dabbling into cabinetry and working on my carpentry skills.

These don’t even begin to do justice of the extent of the job as I had most of the downstairs ripped to the studs.

Also a couple extra pictures at the end of the mostly finished house addition. My work on it is complete and the drywall finishing, painting, and flooring will be done by a couple other guys that excel in their fields.

Me? Im taking a couple days to catch up with clients that have been patiently waiting for me and then taking a little much needed R&R before I begin my next escapade.

For those wondering - my next tentative opening for booking is looking to be January/February

What have I been up to for months?

This job kicked off at the end of June and it's still a work in progress. Phase 1 was a wild ride - a full interior renovation of the living room, kitchen, dining room, mudroom, and master bathroom.
And, of course, I discovered all sorts of hidden issues: water leaks, holes in the walls, rotten wood, termites, and a faulty AC unit. But we powered through and got it done. I'll post those pictures soon.

Phase 2 started in mid-August and involved demolishing a rotting deck and screened-in porch, then rebuilding it into a sunroom addition with a new deck and French drain. Below are the pictures. I managed to expand the footprint by 4 feet and keep the existing roof while building new foundation footings and walls.

As of today, the exterior is complete, and all that's left is installing a mini-split for the addition, insulation, drywall, and trim work. After almost 4 months of continuous work, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

If you’re wondering - Yes, I do my own stunts.

Just a small update! I'm thrilled to report that the massive project I was hired for is zooming along, despite a few speed bumps, and is nearing the end of Phase 1.

I know some of you have been itching to get some work done, and I apologize for being unable to squeeze you in or do consultations. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you and appreciate you reaching out!

There are two more phases to this behemoth project and one client already lined up immediately after, which means my timeline for opening my books is looking optimistically like Early-Mid November. Thanks for bearing with me, folks! I appreciate your understanding and should probably start cracking on expanding and hiring.

In the meantime here is some carpentry work I have done for this job - a custom fireplace mantle and cedar ceiling beams!
