🎯 You don’t have to have a title to be a leader! Leadership can look like stepping up when someone needs help, sharing an idea even when you’re nervous, or being someone others know they can count on. Those things matter at every stage of your career.
It’s easy to think we need more experience or a better position before we have something to offer. But there’s so much value in what you can do right where you are. Encourage your coworkers, follow through on what you say you’ll do, and be willing to learn from the people around you. You can make an impact while you’re still growing yourself!
That’s something we want to encourage through Next Gen. You don’t have to own a business or manage a team to add value to your peers and your community. Show up, get involved, and give yourself the chance to grow. Someone may already be looking up to you and you don’t even realize it!
