Great day for a Celebration of our 250th year of the USA!! We had a fun day as a family decorating the truck and rolling through one of the best parades in NKy, Fort Mitchell. The train horn on my Honda Monkey caught them off guard 😂. We threw 8000 pieces of candy to some smiling faces! Thanks to my niece Annie for designing the T-shirts!

Customer lost a phase, had an internal heat event over time. When you do these jobs the key is getting the power back on for the 6 residents the same day. Planning and ex*****on with experienced guys make the job go smooth. On to the next one!

We had a new hire show up at our office and said he wanted to be an electrician! I said you’re hired! So we ate some apples and bagels with cream cheese and onboarded him. Great day to start with your Grandson!

Trying to find which light pole has a short circuit can be challenging because it’s difficult to get to the wires. We had to loosen the bolts and carefully lean the pole so Zeb had access. Bam fixed! Customer then says can you look at this other pole, I think somebody hit it. Sure enough, this one was a little more obvious.

We got called out to a customer with no power to her dishwasher, which was brand new. We confirmed no power to gas range and dishwasher. Under the sink they had a leak in one of the water lines feeding the faucet. Called out Drain Storm Plumbing for the water leak and we continued our search for the loss of power. Zeb traced out the circuit to find a broken wire in a crawl space that hasn’t been disturbed in a long time. Once power was restored and the leak fixed GCM Solutions LLC kicked into gear to provide water restoration with removing all the water in the crawl space, removing wet insulation and provide high volume fans to dry out the affected areas. What was a small job turned into an uneasy moment for the customer but we walked them through the repair process and they were very pleased. Bottom line, “if you have a problem we have a Solution”.

This is a very cool job we are close to completing. We are installing dead sounding panels that have LED lights installed in the top of them for additional room lighting for their stylists. I can say it was a lot of measuring and math but Zeb makes it look easy! These are hung at different heights and angles to achieve the effect.
