Update: Ice storm 2025. We’re 100% focussed on service repairs and generator hook ups. Helping as many as we can. If your serice mast is bent or laying on the ground it’ll need to be fixed by an electrician not the power company. Parts are limited but doing the best we can to source.

(No longer have generators available, they are set up and running) But can help get you one and set it up.

Order of events.
1-Installed service and inspected
2-Service literally ripped off the wall by an unfortunate accident involving a very large trencher grabbing hold of the service wire.
3-Service rebuilt and reinspected.
It was a step backwards and had to adjust my schedule a little bit, but thankfully no one was hurt. Parts can be replaced.

I Learned a little more about EV charging hooking up the Tesla charging station. One of those things being that to maximize your capacity of charging miles per hour a 60amp circuit is required. And secondly Tesla specs require a hardwired connection.

The customer lost power in the bathroom after turning on a hairdryer. In these situations I start with looking for a tripped breaker, blown fuse, or tripped GFI. When it’s not one of those it’s time to look for loose connections. In this case I found a connector I had never seen before! A brass barrel with set screw. Problem was that the wire going up to the bathroom outlet was wrapped around the outside and taped…

On this episode of This old house. With the floor being uneven to say the least.. The only way to get all the boxes nailed up on the same level is to use a laser level!
