It's awful out there.
2026 Canadian wildfires - making breathing and working outdioirs difficult for us here in Michigan.
Given that Canada is 75% spruce and pine, with another 9% balsam, the smoke that is being exported to the rest of the world will continue until it rains. The smoke from these fires will likely send tens of thousands of people to early graves. 🔥😢 🔥

Deer - they'll eat anything, but you can plant unappitizing things to deter them from away from your garden buffet.

Summer blooming bulbs, rhizomes, tubers and corms that are planted in spring and early summer are avoided by deer.
