🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Gary Watts - Bismarck, ND 🌟

We’re excited to recognize Gary for using his volunteer hours to give back to his community!

Gary participated in the United Way Day of Caring, helping set up a food and clothing pantry for students in Linton, North Dakota. The goal of the project was to provide children with easy access to nutritious food and essential everyday items when they need them most.

Alongside fellow volunteers, Gary spent the day organizing, stocking, and preparing the pantry to ensure it was welcoming, accessible, and ready to serve local students and families.

“This volunteering experience was rewarding because it gave us the opportunity to support local children and families, work together as a team, and make a meaningful impact in our community through the United Way Day of Caring.” - Gary

Gary shared this experience with his wife, Claudine, and stepdaughter, Natalie, making the day even more special. Their efforts helped create a valuable resource that will support students throughout the school year.

🎉 90 years and counting 🎉

July was an incredible month for the Gustave A. Larson Company as we celebrated 90 years of serving the HVACR industry.

But that's not all we're celebrating. This month also brought a wave of employee anniversaries, with many team members marking 15+ years of dedication, hard work, and loyalty to our company. The dedication, expertise, and commitment of our employees are the foundation of who we are today. Every year of service represents relationships built, customers supported, and teammates who continue to make Larson a great place to work.

As we reflect on 90 years of history, we're reminded that our greatest strength has always been our people.

Giving Back on the Green ⛳

Gustave A. Larson Company was proud to support two customer charity golf outings this past week:

TOTAL Mechanical's Legacy Charity Golf Outing (Saturday, July 18 — Ironwood Golf Course) marked their 11th annual event, renamed this year in memory of TOTAL Mechanical team members lost too soon. Larson served as a beverage cart sponsor, with Commercial Specialist Bob Dempsey golfing. Proceeds benefited St. Coletta of Wisconsin.

Bob shared: "Gustave A Larson is grateful to have participated in honor and remembrance of the Total Mechanical team members lost too soon. I thoroughly enjoyed the golf and camaraderie, and am happy that all proceeds will directly benefit St. Coletta of Wisconsin."

For Autistic Kids Golf Outing (Monday, July 20) celebrated its 25th year supporting autism awareness, research, and care. Larson partnered with Mitsubishi Electric as Platinum Sponsor — with Juan Zuniga and Dave Magee golfing for Larson, Anthony Belokas and Dan Keck golfing Mitsubishi, and Scott Larson and Todd Giammo joining for dinner and the silent auction.

90 years ago, a single location opened. There was no road map for what this company would become. There was no long-term strategic plan outlining decades of growth, no clearly defined expansion model, and no guarantee that the business would extend beyond its earliest years. What existed instead was something far less structured—but ultimately far more powerful.

Today, our mission continues across 55 locations, serving HVACR professionals throughout 16 states.
