What started as a kitchen/flooring remodel, ended as that and more to include the primary bath/bedroom, ½ bath, laundry, and media room as well.
We replaced the cabinets and provided the following upgrades: dual sink base, dishwasher drawer bank, and custom single-level island with legs. More cabinetry upgrades include doors with glass panels, soft-close hardware, and hidden island surge-protected electric for laptops.
All cabinetry was painted with a catalyzed-pigmented conversion varnish to provide years of service. The durability is next level once its catalyzed! I would encourage you to research the durability of this paint - you won’t regret it.
We set 1,100 SF of beefy ½” thick 36” x 60” porcelain tile flooring and porcelain slabs for the countertops and backsplash – absolutely beautiful!!! These are virtually heat and stain proof. If it fits your budget, I would certainly recommend it, especially if you are looking at white slabs and want to avoid stains or maintenance/sealing.
We installed touchless faucets, custom pendant/can lighting throughout, as well as many other upgrades.
The client was great to work for and it was truly one of the most memorable remodels as he continued to add new project after new project. “What are we remodeling next”, was certainly the joke between us.
